• Regular Membership is limited to an individual's user name and password. Yes, we do track service use carefully, so you may not share your access with others. That's why we offer great Group Discounts - to help your budget while you help your colleagues.
• Yes, you may add new members to your Group throughout the year on a pro-rated basis as long as they share the same expiration date and billing contact as the main group. You may also switch names, if, for example, someone switches jobs. We will send a new Member Packet to the new name with our compliments.
